In January 2007, AMP Insurance purchased the M.J. Ebner Insurance Agency in Wadena, MN with a history dating to 1931. Together Ebner Insurance and AMP Insurance create one of the largest writers of trucking and commercial insurance in the states of Minnesota and North Dakota.
