Fergus. Falls City Of Minnesota APRIL 2 HOLIDAY NOTICE Due to the observance of Good Friday, most city offices and facilities will be closed on Friday April 2. Both liquor stores will remain open normal business hours on Friday and Saturday. Both stores will be closed on Sunday April 4. Landfill will be closed on Friday, but open Saturday from 8-12. Public Library will be closed on Friday, but open Saturday from 9-1. Garbage and recycling normally picked up on Friday will be moved to Thursday April 1. Thursday pickup will be moved to Wednesday March 31. Please have your containers out and ready for pickup by 6 am. Fergus.
