As a Hardware Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their hardware and home improvement needs. You will provide excellent customer service, offer product knowledge and recommendations, process transactions, and maintain the store's overall organization and cleanliness. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, a strong understanding of hardware, farm and lawn and garden materials, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Looking for a self-starter with retail sales experience, who provides top notch customer service and will be responsible for keeping inventory well-stocked and properly managed. Good communication and organizational skills are necessary as well as good people skills. Flexibility is important in an industry that is constantly changing. Agricultural background a plus, but not required. Will train the right person. Salary based on experience, 40+ hours per week, bi-weekly pay, paid time off, holiday pay, clothing benefits, 401K, and store discount.
