After 25 years of teaching, I have switched careers. I am now a Realtor for Century 21 Vista in Fergus Falls, MN. My wife and I live on Jewett lake. A licensed sales associate for CENTURY 21 Atwood in Fergus Falls and Ottertail county. Specializing in residential and lake homes. My mission is to provide help, joy and benefit to buying or selling homes. After 25 years of teaching/coaching, I have started a new career in real estate.

Having been an educator for 26 years, Charlie views his most important role as an agent is to teach and guide clients through the real estate process. He has the heart of a teacher who immensely enjoys meeting and working with new people. Charlie received his real estate license in 2016 and has established himself as a successful realtor providing quality service to many satisfied clients.
Charlie was awarded “Rookie of the Year” by the Lakes Region Association of Realtors (LRAR) in 2018. He was also recognized with the “Quality Service Award” in 2018 by Century 21. Charlie also serves on the MLS board of the LRAR.
